SMARTSTAR

SMARTSTAR assesses the sustainability performance of a property across seven fundamental categories. Within each category is a plethora of credits that can be earned. In order to become certified, a minimum of 2 credits per category and a total of 20 credits - must be earned. 

From energy monitoring and waste management to ride sharing and community gardens, SMARTSTAR provides apartment communities the ability to create sustainable environments that save energy and reduce negative impacts on the environment by providing a variety of credits to suit the needs of the community in any environment.
